And lest I forget: Happy New Year for 2009!
Looking back, did you write more fic than you thought you would this year, less, or about what you'd predicted?
Seeing as 2007 was not a great creative year for me, 2008 was a definite improvement.
What pairing/genre/fandom did you write that you would never have predicted in January 2008?
Dark Angel, although I thought it was unlikely more because I had no ideas than anything else. However, most of what I wrote for them is still unfinished.
What's your favourite story of the year? Not the most popular, but the one that makes you happiest?
There's No One Quite Like Grandma was a laugh.
Did you take any writing risks this year? What did you learn from them?
I have a slightly strange Supernatural fic still to finish which has an odd style, but otherwise, no.
Do you have any fanfic or profic goals for the New Year?
Same as last year: Working to be finished, the Black Widow sequel to be done and I’d like to write a proper Supernatural fic, but as I have no ideas, that doesn’t seem very likely at the moment.
From my past year of writing, what was...
My Favourite Story: There's No One Quite Like Grandma
My Best Story: I have no idea.
Story Most under-appreciated by the Universe: Ha. I'd like to say Fade to Black, but the drabble Inner Mysteries was even worse off.
Most fun: What to write? or most humorous? There's No One Quite Like Grandma.
Most disappointing: Working My Way Back to You - I really wanted it done.
Most sexy: Addiction. None of them have any actual sex in, although the next chapter of the WIP is done and off to beta. That has a sex scene which \I technically wrote this year.
Story With a Single Sexy Moment: As above.
Hardest to Write: Working My Way Back to You as always.
Most Unintentionally Telling: None of them.
