However, things are looking a little dodgy at the mo. All the staff on loan to the St Albans office from the Watford office have been called back to Watford tomorrow for an important meeting and "announcement". We've pretty much worked out they're selling that part of the business and closing that office (why else send half their staff away and back fill with temps?). That end of the business has been winding down for awhile now, people leaving are not being replaced by permanent staff, the building lease is almost up, the underlings sent away to open post in St Albans.
My fingers are crossed that I'll still have a job tomorrow. I've already been made redundant twice in seven years. I'm not too worried though, as we're unlikely to be made redundant as we're already being absorbed into the other office, but there is always a chance...
