Oh Orlando Bloom's on Graham Norton tonight.
That won't strain the eyes too much. :-)

Now that's much better. He's got to ask about the slashy goodness, hasn't he?

You know, I really can't think of a comment to that! Possibly, LOTR is very slashy I agree, but I'm not sure everyone is as obssessed with it as fans seem to be. We're all pervs (nothing wrong with that!)

ooh! The Void!!
what a great song! aren't Ana and Gina playing gigs around London again? or is that just wishful thinking on my part?

fab icon by the way! :)

I have no idea, I'm just getting into The Raincoats.

Thanks. Love and Rockets is so cool.

I want to do an L&R mood icon set ...eventually.
It'd probably be Classic! LnR, so I could get Rand and Rena and all that beautiful B-movie stuff in there.
I worship Los. Bros.

I have no idea, I'm just getting into The Raincoats.
have you heard "No Looking" yet? It's on the same album. It gets me every time. It's heartbreaking.
If you like The Raincoats, I'd recommend the Slits, Cut, and the new Essential Logic re-issue. Rough Trade should have it. They have everything. how I miss Rough Trade!!

Not Yet. I just DL'd everything I could from Kaaza. I'll look out for it though.

If you like The Raincoats, I'd recommend the Slits, Cut,

I have Cut! I got it at a car boot sale a couple of years ago. It's a little too ska for me, but I really like Typical Girls too.

Essential Logic re-issue.
Dunno that. I'll have to try it.

Mmmm... I miss the way that indie was indie and that was that.

It's a little too ska for me
Have you ever heard their Peel sessions? the songs (most of which reappeared on Cut) are really rough, angular and LOUD. gleeful too —completely different from Cut. now, I LOVE Cut, but Chris Blackwell and Dennis Bovell really brought out the ska/reggae influences that were buried under the manic wall-of-sound they had goin' on. They became a completely different band under his tutelage.
end of rant! :)

Sounds like they could be interesting!
